Injuries and Violence

PAHO information resources on Injuries and Violence acknowledge that violence--in all its forms--is undoubtedly a high-priority concern for government, society, and international organizations. Linked to a variety of political, economic, and cultural factors, violence has irreparable consequences for individuals, the family, and different population groups. This collection provides indispensable resources on a range of specific areas, from domestic violence to road traffic injuries, and data on mortality from intentional and non-intentional injuries.

All Topics on: Injuries and Violence

Sub-Topics: Group Affected - Prevention and Control - Road Safety
